We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your product on any used and/or unused items.
If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a return, customers are required to use the product for at least 60 days (bundle of 4 units), at least 4 times per week.
This duration allows the product to work effectively, catering to the natural cycle of hair growth and renewal. Results may vary depending on individual hair conditions and adherence to usage instructions.
How to Initiate a Refund:
If you are still unsatisfied after 60 days, please contact our support team at info@zephta.com.
To qualify for a refund, customers must return any used or unused units and are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important Note:
Please DO NOT send products back without prior approval from our support team.
Products sent back without prior approval or approval might be rejected and returned to you.
We take no responsibility for any such returns.
Return Process:
We offer a 90‑Day Money-Back Guarantee on all purchases—whether used, unused or lightly used.
If you're not satisfied, contact info@zephta.com within 90 days of delivery. Once approved, we’ll send instructions to ship your return to our international facility in the country of origin.
Please note, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return is received and inspected. Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Order Edits / Cancellations:
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zephta.com.
Provide your order number and the modification or cancellation you would like to make, and we’ll confirm once it has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, email us at info@zephta.com within 1-3 days of delivery with the following details:

- Order Number

- Photo or video of the defective product
- Contact Email Address
We will offer you a free replacement or store credit upon verification.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange your item for the same item or another item, send us an email at info@zephta.com.
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Zephta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Upon inquiry, Zephta will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Please make sure to enter the correct delivery address, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages delivered to the wrong address.
