Q: Can I use a face scrub with this too?

A: The purpose and function of using Zephta® Facial Cleansing Brush is very similar to face scrubbing therefore using them together could potentially put too much stress on your skin if you have a very sensitive skin type. The difference between them is that the silicone facial cleansing brush emits thousands of pulsations per minute through soft silicone touch-points which gently clean your pores, remove blackheads, exfoliation and clean away face oil to make your face cleaner than the traditional face scrubbing technique.

Q: How do I know if the Zephta® Facial Cleansing Brush is fully charged?

A: It doesn't take long to charge, normally around 1 hour for a full battery.

Just wait until the light has stopped flashing and it's done. Full battery will last you up to a month, depending on how often the Zephta® Facial Cleansing Brush is used.

Q: Is it suitable for children?

A: Yes it is suitable as the silicone surface is soft and gentle.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow 1 to 3 working days to have your order processed. Our fulfilment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
